Cotton Waste (Spinning)
During the various stages of converting cotton fibre into yarn, a few fibres are sieved out to preserve the quality of the yarn. This cotton fibre separated out during the processing task is termed as cotton waste, which is reused by several industries.
We pride ourselves on consistently delivering the committed quality and quantity of cotton waste to
clients within the stipulated time. Some of the varieties that we supply are:
Comber Noil
During the process of combing of cotton fibres, the short fibres are removed from the processed yarn.
This extracted waste is termed as Cotton Comber or Comber Noil.
This waste is of great utility in security paper and pharmaceutical industries for the purpose of blending in open-end spinning.
Licker-IN
Licker-in is a carding waste or byproduct attained during the manufacturing of yarn. This cotton fibre is rich in the fibre component, yet is inexpensive, making it useful for industries that do open-end spinning of low count yarns.
Flat Cotton Waste
This by-product is derived in the first carding machine in the yarn-spinning industry. It has higher trash content than Comber Noil and is used as a blend with superior quality cotton in the open-end spinning
process.
